College Captains' Report

Returning on-site has been exciting for all, although it has been very tiring socialising in person and learning face-to-face again. We are now fortunate to have the privilege of working outside (socially distanced) without masks. 

We were eased back onsite with staggered year level starts and Melbourne Cup Day. Our Curriculum Day has been postponed due to the original Monday date being the day where we were all expected to return onsite.

Year 10 exams are fast approaching and preparations are taking place with revision sheets and summarising of units. On Thursday 28 October the team at Elevate Education spoke to the whole year level on good study habits for us to take into Year 11 and 12 VCE. We have also been offered the opportunity to partake in mock job interviews with Beaumaris Rotary to improve our interview skills. 

Overall, these are very exciting times with the Stage 2 extensions progressing and being able to return onsite. We hope, as always, that you’re all doing well and have a great week ahead.
