Trinity Sports Day 2020

Last week saw our students take part in our annual Trinity Sports Day. This year we decided to run the event during the day and it proved to be a hit with all the kids. Well done to all our students for their enthusiasm, wonderful behaviour, personal effort and team spirit which they displayed.

The day started with each class joining Yr 6 leaders at a station to take part in a different activity which was planned and led by our fantastic school leaders. At each activity students had the chance to win Spirit points for their house where they were awarded points for displaying the School Values; Welcome; Respect; Community; Excellence; Discernment; Resilience; Contemplation.

We decided to run our regular Sprint Races at the end of the day which led straight into the school Assembly. Each group of girls and boys from every year came up to sprint the length of the oval to win a ribbon and points for their house which went towards the Trinity Cup.

The Spirit Shield was won by Loyloa this year and the Trinity Cup was won by Manresa.

Thank you to the grade 6 leaders who did a fantastic job running all of the fun activities and the class teachers for assisting them.

Dr Cranky’s Bike Hospital

Dr Cranky’s will officially be running this week. We do have a few bikes which are ready to be given out to anyone who needs them. We mostly have bikes suitable for girls aged Yr 2-5. So if anyone is interested in getting a pre-loved bike please come along on Friday Mornings from 8.15am. Also if you have any old bikes that you no longer use or have grown out of we are also happy to accept any donations if you have them; we have a few students who are in need of Full size bikes.
