OSHC - VACATION CARE

OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS CARE

All registered OSHC families will have received an e-mail from Xplor.

This is the new online digital platform that we will be using to request bookings, enrol children, receive statements and make payments by direct debit.

Steps to complete:

  1. Set up your e-mail and password.
  2. Set up your Xplor ID and access code.
  3. Download the Xplor Home app.
  4. Update details – parents, children (currently enrolled children only), emergency contacts.
  5. Add payment details – either credit card or bank details – as all payments will be via direct debit.
  6. Invite Hub guests. These are the people you would like to give access to be able to sign your child into or out of care (other than parents/guardians).

If you did not receive your welcome to Xplor e-mail, please e-mail Debbie at: Debra.russell@education.vic.gov.au to receive an Xplor invitation.

The Japanese Word of the Fortnight

さいこうです(pronounced ‘saikoh des’) which means ‘awesome!’, is the Japanese Word for the last week of Term 4 2020 and the beginning of Term 1 2021. You can simply use ‘さいこうです’ (‘saikoh des’) instead of ‘awesome!’ when you feel ‘awesome’ or see something awesome in the classroom and out in the yard.

Thank you / ありがとうございます(pronounced ‘aligatoh gozaimas’) for your continuing support for our Japanese program.

SCHOOL BANKING

From Term 1, 2021 the Victorian Government has ceased school banking programs in Victorian government schools. As a result, the CommBank School Banking program will no longer operate at our school after the end of this term.

If you are unsure of other methods of depositing to your child’s account, please feel free to contact the Bank’s general enquiries hotline on 13 2221 or alternatively visit your local CommBank branch.

We would like to thank you for your participation and support throughout the School Banking program.
