Uniform Shop
Due to the current and ongoing COVID safe restrictions, the Parents and Friends Association has made the decision to cease its operation of the College Secondhand Uniform shop at the end of the 2020 school year.
A new online ordering system will be put in place to allow the purchase of NEW items of Sports Uniform, socks, hats, and scarves via CDF Pay. This will be up and running by January 2021. Details on how to order new items will be provided very soon via the newsletter, PAM and the College Facebook page.
The College has a newly created secondhand uniform (and book) Buy, Swap and Sell Facebook page. You may wish to use this Facebook site to search for, or to sell any secondhand uniform items.

No further secondhand uniform items will be accepted by the Uniform shop.
Families who have left uniform at the College to be sold in the Uniform shop may request these items to be returned, and these items will be made available for collection from the office. Any monies owing (if items have already been sold) will be paid to families by the end of the year.
New uniform items (except PE uniform and socks) will continue to be available through Panthers Mensland in Leongatha and Wonthaggi. Anyone wanting to pre-order girls winter pants through Panther's will receive a 10% discount. Pants are available to order now in store at both Leongatha and Wonthaggi stores. Pants will be delivered in March 2021.
School Hats and Socks will still be available for purchase at the College Office.
The Parents and Friends Committee is seeking someone to take on the role of Treasurer (This is a volunteer position)
Role description as per P&F Constitution:
• Provide written reports on the financial situation of the P&F Association at each general meeting, and attendance at P&F meetings (2 meetings per term).
• Bank all monies received on behalf of the P&F.
• Pay all accounts on behalf of the P&F.
• Keep books of account on behalf of the P&F.
• Signatory for P&F.
• Compile an audited Annual Statement for distribution prior to the AGM.

We would also love to see some new members join us for the start of 2021, so please have a think about coming along to our meetings. The first meeting next year will be on 23rd February, 2021. At the moment they are held remotely via Google Meet, and at this stage this will continue into the new year.
