Important Reminders

As we begin the School Year some important reminders....

School Hours 

Be Punctual

School begins at 8:45am with gates and classrooms opened at 8:30am. There is no staff supervision of students before this time (Except for Before School Care)

School finishes each day at 3:15pm

School Gates

School Gates will be opened at 8:25am and locked at 8:50am.  They are reopened at about 3pm

Late Comers/ Early Departures 

Late comers must come through the front office and take a late pass. 

Sunsmart

All students should be sunsmart - students should wear a school hat when outside and have their own suncream (kept in or attached to school bag). 

Medication

If your child has Asthma /Anaphylaxis the school office must have your child's plan and medication.  

Incidental medication must be taken to the office and a consent form completed.

Birthday Treats

With COVID restrictions we ask that only individually packaged treats be given to the teacher to distribute. Check in with the teacher as there may be several students with allergies.  No Nut products. No cakes with fresh cream. Treats do not always have to be food related.

Treats are given out by the teacher at home time. 

 School Psychologist

Jeff Edmonds a psychologist provides counselling services to our students on a Monday.  If you wish to make enquiries about this service please contact Jeff on 9909 7020

Private Music Lessons

Mr Pham uses the school facilities to conduct Private Instrumental Music Lessons. These occur on a Monday and a Friday after school in the Scanlon Building. For any enquiries please contact Mr Pham on 0403 820 186

Kelly Sports

Kelly Sports is currently not providing services to our school. We will let you know if and when this service will restart. 

Camp Australia 

Before and After School Care is conducted in the Performing Arts Area by Camp Australia. Students must be registered
