A Message from the Principal

There's no doubt that 2020 has been an enormous year for us all at Melton Secondary College. There has never been a year when our values: Success, Team Work, Ambition, Respect and Responsibility have been so vital and demonstrated with such vigour. 2020 has been full of challenges but our students, staff and families have shown great strength and unity in their support and care for each other.

My heartfelt thanks goes to every member of staff, our parent/carers and their families, and every member of our community who has helped to keep our students' learning and wellbeing safe and on track for a bright and successful future. A special thank you to our School Council members who have worked with us throughout the year providing support and vital links into our community.

To our amazing Year 12s who remained resolute and focused on their studies through six months of remote and flexible learning; you are without doubt the toughest and most resilient graduating year level Melton Secondary College has seen for a very long time and you are role models for us all. Congratulations on achieving your Year 12 Certificate, good luck for those of you waiting on VCE results later this month and all the very best for a successful 2021.

To all students, well done on all of your achievements. You've continued to show strength in overcoming obstacles, taking on the challenge of learning and giving your best to others.

A breadth of mind and depth of heart are what we all aspire to.

I hope that you all have a safe and incredibly well deserved holiday and a joyful festive season.

See you in 2021.
