Term 3 Billing

Term 3 billing will take place during the first week of the School Holidays. Any camps or Encounters that are able to be rescheduled at the time of billing, will be included on the Term 3 invoice.

Families that are affected financially as a result of COVID-19 are encouraged to contact the Business Manager on bm@jwacs.wa.edu.au to discuss temporary hardship assistance.

Secondary Assistance Scheme

Did you know students in Years 7 to 12 may be eligible for up to $350 to use towards schooling costs through the Secondary Assistance Scheme?

The allowance comprises of two components:

$115 Clothing Allowance
$235 Educational Program Allowance

To be eligible the parent or guardian must hold one of the following cards:

Department of Human Services (Centrelink) Health Care Card
Department of Human Services (Centrelink) Pensioner Concession Card
Veterans' Affairs Pensioner Concession Card
