Supporting your child with the Return to School
What we have learned in responding to this pandemic is the social value of schools as communities and now together we are about to embark on the staged transition back to school.
We have included Andrew Fuller’s resource: reflecting on our next transition during COVID-19, as we all adapt (again) back into in-school learning.

Key take aways, from our perspective, are:
The well-being of our students will be in the forefront of our minds as we return to school next week. Teachers will be using a range of resources to support their reflection, celebration and understanding of what we have all been going through.
Classroom teachers will share useful tips with you on how to support your child with the return to school via the daily task Compass posts.
In addition, the following resources are recommended by the DET to support this transition from home.
Counselling services
Resources designed for students
Other resources for support students
