News from OSHC

Firstly the OSHC Team would like to welcome back the children to our Program.  It was so good to see their happy little faces and spend time catching up on what has been going on in their lives during the lockdown.

As you are aware the Prime Minister made an announcement on Thursday 2nd April 2020, that all families are to receive Free Child Care from the 6th April to the 28th June 2020.  Please inform us via email if your child will be attending the Program from the 8th June 2020.  We operate on a 1:15 staff to child ratio.  At the moment we have only 2 educators rostered for each session (30 children). We may have to roster another educator to meet the required ratio.  If you confirm your booking you will be guaranteed a spot.  If not, this may not be possible.

Breakfast will be served as usual until 8.00 am at Before School Care.  After School Care will provide a simple pre-packed snack. Please be mindful of this and supply extra food for your child if required.

Parents and siblings are unable to enter the OSHC wing when collecting their children.  At the entrance to the wing is a table with a list of instructions for you to follow. You are required to ring the OSHC mobile - 0467 778 488. An educator will answer your call.  Your child will be collected/delivered to the door.  The instructions must be followed to help reduce the possibility of spreading the virus.

If you intend on enrolling your child into the July 2020 Holiday Program, bookings will open on 08th June 2020 and close on 22nd June 2020.  Bookings may be accepted after the 22nd June and once the program has commenced, subject to availability.  All these bookings will incur an additional $5.00 per day per child late fee.
