Killester College Production Update

It is with great disappointment that we write to inform you that, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we have had to make the extremely difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Killester College production of ‘The Addams Family Musical’. We know how disappointing this decision will come to all of you and how much time, work and enthusiasm has already gone into this production for both students and staff. This is not a decision that was made lightly. But with students currently learning from home and restrictions on audiences for live theatre performances, we had no choice but to postpone. 

 

We have discussed a number of options about what this means for the Production going forward.  The most important point is that the cast will remain the same and you do not have to audition again for next year’s performance.  We are also hoping to include current Year 12 students next year if their work/study schedule allows it in 2021. We are incredibly proud of the work you have already put in and grateful for the commitment and dedication you have shown. Please note: The money that you have already paid for the levy will be refunded to you through your school fees. Any questions regarding this refund can go directly to the Business Manager: Sandra Rotunno (03 9547 5000). Please keep your scripts safe so you can continue to use it when we start rehearsals again. We will be in touch later this year about the plan moving forward and we hope that you all choose to be a part of the postponed version of The Addams Family Musical because what each and every one of you have created so far is incredibly special. NCCD

2022 Enrolments 

All enquiries to Sue Douglas Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am -3.30pm

  • Applications for Year 7 2022 close on August 21st, 2020.
  • Interviews are held with members of the Leadership Team with all families who have applied.
  • Letters of offer for a place at Killester are sent on Friday 15th October, 2020.
  • Acceptance of the offers is required by Friday 6th November, 2020.
  • If an offer cannot be made, families are able to request that their daughter be placed on a Waiting List.
