ACMI GAMES TALK 2020

With all of the extra time that everyone is currently spending at home, there has never been a better time to pick up a new game – or perhaps to begin making one. The Games Talks 2020 series brings together some of Australia’s best and brightest coders, leaders, developers, artists and animators to take you behind the scenes of their games and their careers, and to answer your questions.

Launching on 10 August 2020, join us at 6pm (AEST) each Monday evening as we live stream to the ACMI Youtube Channel, with the opportunity to join in the discussion via Youtube Chat. You will still be able to watch the video after the event has run.

Victorian Challenge & Enrichment Series

The Student Excellence Program is offering The Victorian Challenge and Enrichment Series. This provides funded extension activities for high-ability students in Victorian government schools from Prep to Year 12. Within the series, education expert partners will be delivering an array of incursions, excursions, webinars and online programs across all areas of the curriculum that are free of charge.

We have over 90 students from Years 7-9 nominated for the series across a variety of learning areas. These students will be interacting with students from across the state with similar interests, passions and talents. Further information will be provided via Compass for those students involved.
