Hi Families 😊,

The Federal Election is THIS Saturday 21st May! and that means our Democracy BBQ & Bake Sale is as well.

Which also means our Bunnings BBQ is the following Sunday 29th.

We want to say a massive thank you to those who have already put their hands up to bake a li'l something for the Bake Sale (and if you haven't yet, there is still time!!), as well as those who have volunteered to help on both the election BBQ and Cake Stall as well as the Bunnings BBQ. The spots are now full, HOWEVER, living during a global pandemic means those currently available may not be available either dates. So, if anyone would like to help, please email Danielle at chaps@croydonhps.vic.edu.au and let her know you are happy to be on standby and leave your phone number. For those who would like to volunteer and help, but can't on the day, we have a few other ways you can!

1. Donate a product to be used or sold at one of these BBQs.

Contact Danielle at chaps@croydonhps.vic.edu.au to find out what items need to be purchased. (soft drinks, water, serviettes, sauces, oil etc)

2. Make a donation to our school by calling 9725 1206. All funds received will be used to purchase the larger stock items for the BBQS. (100kgs Sausages, Onions, bread & Ice)

3. Come down on the day and buy some sausages and baked goodies!!

Again, CHAPS would like to say thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who continue to help make these fun events run.
