SAY NO TO WASTING PLASTICS!

We need to put an end to this and we need your help, parents and carers! 

Every week we end up with a large amount of plastic containers and water bottles all without names. These containers are generally thrown away. 

Certain plastics are being removed from businesses with more changes to come in November. We teach our students about sustainability, recycling, protecting our planet and many of them have strong opinions on these ideas. 

We also talk about being responsible for their possessions and for caring for our school environment but they are still children and children take time to build these critical thinking skills. The adults in their lives need to set the example. We continually ask for names to be put on all items for safe keeping and yet there is still a large amount of things turning up not labelled every week (including clothing). 

It is so much better for everyone involved and our environment to have things labelled. Come on! Help us out!
