SMILING MIND
Parent Info Night - Hosted by Therese Sheedy from the Smiling Mind Organisation
After our wonderful Smiling Mind Launch Day, we have begun implementing Smiling Mind lessons and meditations into our classrooms. Practicing mindfulness has been found to improve emotional regulation, mental health, attention, memory, and learning! We are excited to beginning our mindfulness journey and exploring ways this can help us in and out of the classroom!
Want to know more about Smiling Mind? Attend our Smiling Mind Parent Info night on the 9th of June at 6:30pm.

• Understand what mindfulness is including the research and science that sits behind it
• Understand the benefits
• Practice a meditation
• Be able to support the use of Smiling Mind at home and ways to support their children’s well being
