Parents & Friends 

Hi all, 

I can't believe how fast this term is going! Hopefully you have your Gala Ball tickets in hand and your golf shoes looking shiny ready for next weekend. We have had an overwhelming response to the call out for volunteers to help with the ball set up and for golf day baking. It is so fantastic to see these events so well supported by our school community. We are however, still seeking a couple of volunteers at the Exhibition Hockey Match to run the BBQ. We would also love a couple of volunteers to help serve refreshments and clean up at the Golf Day at the Grampians Golf Club if anyone has a couple of hours to spare on Sunday 22nd.  Please email 150@hamiltoncollege.vic.edu.au if you are able to assist. 

The P and F AGM will be held on 31 May and both the President and Vice President's position will be vacated. Please consider contacting us to have chat about what the positions entail and how you could shape and contribute to some of the projects that make such a positive impact at our school. Even if you aren’t interested in being on the P and F Executive, please come along and be involved in the meeting either by registering for Zoom or in person for a drink and a chat. We have an exciting project in the pipeline and lots of other activities such as the return to Christmas Cakes that we would love your involvement in. Meeting starts at 6pm for the AGM followed by the general meeting. Meeting room and Zoom link to be advised.
