STATE TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS
On Monday 23rd October, eight students from the Wantirna College athletics team participated in the School Sport Victoria State Track and Field Championships.
There were some exceptional results from our students, with 6 podium finishes, one state champion and the team coming in 23rd place in the school team event out of 237 other competing schools. A tremendous effort!

Congratulations to all students who represented the College with great spirit and competitiveness. All students should be very proud of making it to state finals, as it is an outstanding achievement.
Thank you also to all parents and friends for coming along and watching on what was a great day of competition, particularly those parents who assisted in transportation.
Your help was very much appreciated.
