Ekiden Relay

On 21 October, a large group of Aberfoyle Park High School students attended the Ekiden Relay at Bonython Park. 

We were proudly represented in the Open Boys, Middle School Boys and Open Girls divisions with each team comprising of eight students, running between 1km and 5.4km.

In the State-wide event, our Open Boys finished in sixth place, whereas our Middle School Boys and Open Girls finished eight. 

All runners gave their best in warm conditions, and the team spirit was on display, as runners ran alongside their peers to encourage them after finishing themselves.
