Gulgos Week 10
Welcome to Week 10, Term 4. What a fantastic week we have had at Martin's Gully to complete the year.
Congratulation to all students who received awards at our Presentation Day on Friday. It was wonderful to celebrate the year with our parents and community.
Congratulations to Evie Polson and Kai Prater on your election as the 2023 School Captains and Charlise Deiderick and Lincoln Sawyer as Vice Captains. We look forward to working with you and our other school leaders next year.
On Tuesday, we celebrated the year with a day of fun and games at the pool. Students had a wonderful time splashing around.
Next year our staffing will change slightly, however mostly we will stay the same. We will continue to Co Principal in Term 1 until Ian returns. We welcome Mrs Atkin as the APC&I and Lyndal Cooper to the front office team.

Thank you to Kate McKay, Karen Cavanagh and Ben Laurie for the support you have provided this year in your various roles.
Next year the school year will begin on Tuesday 31 January 2023 for students in Years 1-6. Kindergarten will begin on Friday 03 February 2023, after Best Start Assessments are completed.
Thank you to all our school community for their wonderful support of our staff and students. Watching our students grow and blossom and being part of a community that is so collegial and positive about educating our future is truly an honour. Thank you to the P&C for the support you have provided and to all our amazing staff. Your dedication to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment is heart-warming and inspiring.
Finally thank you to our students. Thank you for always being enthusiastic and embedding all that PAX and YCDI into your lives. For being confident, persistent, organised, resilient and for making our school beautiful with your getting along skills. Good bye and good luck Year 6 2022. Remember to always strive to be what you want to be because you are all super stars!
