An action packed start to the year!

Ebony, Atlan, Zai and Marshall at the Terania Swimming Carnival

Term One so far...

As usual, lots of exciting events are happening this term.

On Tuesday of Week 3 we started our term of Bowling for sport. Each week we will be catching the bus into town to visit Lismore Bowl to develop our bowling and social skills. The children have been most enthusiastic and have displayed many unique styles, as the photos reveal...

On the Friday of Week 3 we attended the Terania Swimming Carnival where our school competed against the other small schools in our local group. We had a small but enthusiastic attendance and we were very proud of the way the children joined in. Zai earned himself a huge round of applause with a courageous effort in the 100m Freestyle event. Our relay team (pictured above) competed bravely in this very competitive event.

We absolutely had the best blow up creature in the li-low event and what we lacked in speed we made up for in style with our "Sparklycorn"!

A huge thanks goes to Ebony's mum who shouted us all some pizza!! Thanks and please come again next year! Thank you also to the parents who came along to support the school and the children.
