YEAR 7 VACCINATION DAY - WEDNESDAY 24 MARCH 2021.

All Year 7 students received an information kit regarding the NSW 2021 Adolescent Vaccination Program for Year 7 Students. Please follow the instructions and return the original consent form to the front office.

Immunisation is the simplest and most effective way of protecting people against vaccine preventable diseases. NSW Health and the Central Coast Local Health District are providing the opportunity for routine scheduled adolescent vaccinations to all Year 7 students over a series of visits in 2021.

A team of specially trained nurses will provide the following vaccination:

1. Diptheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (Whooping Cough) vaccine

2. Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine - 2 dose course with 6 months between dose 1 & dose 2.
