Children to return their library books each week so they can borrow a new one.

WE ASK THAT ALL CHILDREN  HAVE A LIBRARY BAG TO KEEP OUR BOOKS SAFE.

Library will be open Thursday at lunch for games and reading. 

BOOK FAIR

In the next week Scholastic Book Fair will be arriving. The Book Fair will be here for a couple of weeks to allow for the children to look at the books and create a wish list. The following week parents will be able to purchase these books online. 

Parents are under no obligation to purchase books but often it is a good way to have a "book shop" come to us. Books are reasonably priced and we as a bonus get a commission for the books purchased.

Visiting Author - Phil Kettle

This term we are very lucky to welcome Phil Kettle author of the Too Cool Series and Boyz

Rule, Get Real as well as the Marcy and Spike series. Phil is travelling around in his motorhome so I was very excited that he can visit us at school on Tuesday 2nd March. Stage1, 2 and 3 will have a visit from him and he will be doing a workshop on writing with them. It's always good to have authors visit us as they give us great ideas for writing and may even turn us into authors.
