Principal's Message

Aspire, Celebrate, Reflect

Principal, Mr Roger Herbert

Dear Parents,

It has been a sad week for St Philip's College with the passing of two valued members of our school community. Steve Yates, a parent of current students and Rod Fraser, Chairman of Round Square who had a close affiliation and a soft spot for the College. We have extended our support and sincerest condolences to both families and their friends during this very difficult time.

A hallmark of our community is the way we rally to support each other during difficult times. A sense of belonging is something we want each member to have, and next week's Harmony Week theme is 'Everyone Belongs'. Harmony Week celebrates Australia’s cultural diversity and it's a week to celebrate the wonderful kaleidescope of cultures we have in our community.

Today we celebrated our Performing Arts Festival and thank you to Steve Kidd and all our staff and students whose combined efforts ensure an event such as this runs seamlessly.

Thank you and Be Kind Always,

~ Mr Roger Herbert
