The NSW Premier's Reading Challenge

This Challenge aims to encourage a love of reading for leisure and pleasure in students, and to enable them to experience quality literature. It is not a competition but a challenge to each student to read, to read more and to read more widely. The Premier's Reading Challenge (PRC) is open to all NSW students in Kindergarten to Year 9, in government, independent, Catholic and home schools. Over the next couple of weeks I will get children their Usernames and Passwords to be able to login. Children who have previously completed the challenge will have the same Username and Password.

NSW Premier's Reading Challenge can be found here: https://online.det.nsw.edu.au/prc/home.html

Once children have logged in, they can enter the books they have read.

The Challenge runs from March until the end of August and we would like to see as many children as possible participate.

Book Fair

Hopefully your child brought home a wishlist last week with one or two choices of books to help you decide what to purchase.

Book Fair will run all week till Thursday and I will be available before school and at lunch times for the children to purchase books.

If you are wishing to purchase a book please send the money in an envelope. I will have limited change as well.

Please note that some of the books sell out really quickly and your child might not have their first choice.

Library Days
