Basketball Knockouts

Students represented our school in the Basketball Knockouts.

In the game against Inverell, the score ended up being 48-12 with Tyce McLaren and Gregory Seiber sharing the title of Players' Player.

Our next game was against Tenterfield the score was 28-8. Tyce McLaren was again Players Player and also the Highest Point Scorer of the game.

We also played against Quirrindi - we lost this game with a score of 58-31 in the Regional Finals. This was a tough game and saw high improvements from all the players. There was once again a tie for Players' Player: Tyce McLaren and Carter Ferris. We also had two of the younger players playing up: Rex and Riley. We would like to recognise their wonderful effort and that they stood out for their age.

NorthWest Athletics Qualifiers

On Monday 1 August, a number of students represented our school at the North West Athletics Carnival in Tamworth. All students performed well especially considering the wet and cold weather. Congratulations to the following students who have now progressed to the State Level.
