PTFA news

The PTFA plays an important role in enhancing and supporting the College’s quality education program through fundraising activities and building a sense of community among families of the College. 

The more parents who become involved in the PTFA, the more it can achieve for our students.  If you wish to get involved in the PTFA please email the PTFA  secretaryptfa@lakeside.vic.edu.au simply come along to our next meeting.  

We would love to see you there, all family members are welcome.

PTFA Fathers Day Stall -  Friday 2nd September 2022

Please remember to pack some money for your children and also a carry bag to bring their gifts home.  We will have a variety of gifts ranging from $1-$6. We kindly request that each child has no more than $20-$30 each to spend to ensure there are enough gifts for everyone. 

Also, we are asking for volunteers to help us run this event on the day.  We are unable to run these types of events without your generous support. Volunteers are needed between 9am-1pm so please let me know if you are able to donate some time to help out.

**Please note, all volunteers must have a current WWC card and have completed the mandatory online child safety training.**

Spriggy Schools

The PTFA has now implemented online ordering via the Spriggy Schools app.  

Instructions on how to download the app and add your child is attached below.

Secondhand Uniform Shop

The Secondhand uniform shop now has our own Eftpos facility and cash or card payment will be an option, please note that if paying by card you will incur a 1.15% surcharge on your purchase.

TERM 3, 2022 – Opening Hours:

Mondays 8:30am – 9:30am

Wednesdays 2:30pm – 3:30pm 

Reminder:

Winter Uniform to be worn in Terms 2 and 3

College sports socks are required as part of sports uniform, plain white socks with no logo visible can only be worn if NOONE is out of stock.

How can you sell items in the Secondhand Uniform Shop?

If you wish to place uniform item/s on consignment to sell in the Secondhand Uniform Shop you will be required to complete a Secondhand Uniform Lodgement Form. You can request this form by sending an email to: uniformsptfa@lakeside.vic.edu.au

Copies are also available from Student Services. Terms and conditions of sale are outlined on the form.

Enclose the form with the uniform item/s in a bag and drop off to the Administration office. The item/s will then be processed, placed on consignment and you will be notified by telephone when the item/s have sold. Money from the sales can be collected from the Administration office.
