The Spiel is Back

Welcome to the first edition of The Spiel for 2022

Welcome to the new NHS Spiel! During the many lockdowns of the past two years, the Spiel took a bit of a hit, with only a few articles being published here and there. But this is a new year and a new team, and we are excited to be sharing our interests with anyone willing to read.

Our vision for the Spiel is quite simple. We want to make it as diverse in content as we can, covering everything from global politics to pop culture and much, much more. Some things you can look forward to seeing are media reviews, social justice deep dives, zany opinion pieces, and an assortment of creative content!

If you have an interest in anything related to the paper, feel free to drop by M10 at lunch on Wednesdays. Whether you want to write articles long-term or one-off, write poetry or stories, take photos for articles, or simply be involved in background work, everyone is welcome and certainly encouraged to join us.
