Football
Our boys football team competed in the Colac Division Football tournament at the start of the month. The boys dominated their pool before easily accounting for Birregurra in the semi-final. They then faced their toughest opposition of the day in Sacred Heart. After a great start, the boys couldn’t hold back the Sacred Heart onslaught and went down 45-21 in the grand final. Well done to all involved.
Netball
Last week, we were fortunate enough to have both a boys and a girls team qualify for the Greater Western Netball Championships. Our boys put in a great performance, winning 2 out of 4 games and finishing 3rd overall whilst our girls went one better, winning all of their games. The girls will now progress to the state final later in the year. We wish them all the best and look forward to hearing their results.
