Thursday 20th July is our Years 3 - 6 House Athletics Carnival.

Thursday 20th July is our Years 3-6 House Athletics Carnival.

It will be held at Collingwood Athletics Track from 9.30am -2pm. Students will participate in a range of student selected activities, including 100m, 200m, discus, shot put, long jump, and high jump (see timetable below). Students can dress up in their house colours and will earn points for their houses throughout the day.

Students will need to bring food and drink just like a normal school day, and please make sure they have a jumper or jacket to keep warm when not competing, as we will be outside all day.

Annette will be providing a small selection of food for purchase from the track’s canteen.

Please make sure you have given your child permission and paid the bus cover charge on Compass by 17/07/2023.

Any parents that have a working with children’s check and would like to help measure and record an event or two, we have a few 30min slots still up for grabs. Please click on the link and add you name.

After some last minute drama involving major works at the venue, we are pleased to report that  the Year 3 - 6 Athletics Day will be going ahead at Collingwood Athletics track next Thursday.

Parents are welcome to attend. Mr Bull would appreciate some parent helpers contacting him prior to the event to help with some of the activities if you are able.
