"Flight" in STEM Specialist
This term, students in Year 5 & 6 have learnt about all things ‘flight’ in STEM specialist sessions. They built model aeroplanes out of balsa wood that they flew in the last week of the term. Children will modify their aeroplanes next term after making observations and recording results.

Sports News from Mr Stephen
It has been a busy but exciting Term 3 in Sport and PE for our Year 3-6's. Last week we had the Year 5 and 6's compete in the Winter District Interschool Sport Competition in soccer, football, softball, netball and volleyball. Well done to all students who participated.
Congratulations to the mixed/boys netball team who have made it through to Divisionals as well as the AFL Team. They will both compete in the first week back in Term 3. We also have the mixed/boys hockey team who will play in the second week back along with our four teams in the Senior Hoop Time Competition. We wish them all the best.
Well done to Mason Pearce who ran in the Regional Cross Country event in Brimbank Park on 19 June. Mason ran in the 9-10 year old race and ran 2 kilometres. There was quite a bit of rain so conditions were tough but we want to congratulate him on his effort!
