Bentley Bombers Winning Streak continues...

We were up against a fierce rival, in last year’s Grand Finalists, and expected a tough contest. Santa Teresa travelled all the way to St Philip’s (which were grateful for), though we dominated the encounter. 

Armani Francois returned to Captain the Bombers whilst Jordan Smith, Ella Williams and Syrai Lansen further strengthened our line-up. Ruby Mack was welcomed into the squad and played a great game in her debut.

Lekisha Nelson and Bella Foster played up forward and proved to be a dynamic duo – both kicking two majors in the first quarter. We powered through the second quarter with Ella’s terrific tap-work, Armani’s evasive expertise and a rampaging Rania.

To even out the contest, Armani and Sazkoda played for the opposition in the second half and proved to be a fantastic hit-out for our impressive midfield brigade. 

The sportsmanship these girls displayed should be applauded and reflects the inclusive fabric of the SPC community. We are very proud!
