Principal's Report 

Dear Families,

I would like to again extend my thanks to all of you who have made me feel so very welcome and a part of your wonderful community! I do wish times were different, and I was able to meet you all in person, rather than virtually or by phone, but so be it and thank you to everyone who has reached out so far! The staff at Launching Place Primary School are fabulous, and have also made me feel very much part of the team. Thank you to all!

As Lockdown 6.0 continues, and, although many of us are finding this lockdown in particular very challenging, as a community, we are all doing a mighty fine job! In particular I would like to acknowledge all of the wonderful staff here at Launching Place. They work collectively to ensure your child/ren are engaged, connected and supported, whilst ensuring continuity of their learning. They really are doing a sterling job! Remember, we are never far away, so if you do need any support or advice, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

As previously posted on Compass but just in case you missed it, your Principal Narelle Messerle has extended her leave for another two weeks and I am privileged to sit in her place over this extended time.
