Zippline

We are introducing a new painless visitor management system to help us stay compliant.  Zippline will securely record all visitor information and improve visitor experience with online bookings and post-visit sentiment analysis. Adapt dynamically to the latest COVID regulations, such as restricted timings & people.

Zippline will automate check-in for our visitors, staff and contractors. Print badges as proof of compliance and get visitors screened and ready to enter in seconds!

Residents who are leaving and returning to Wharparilla Lodges do not need to check-in using Zippline.

Emergency services workers (fire, police, and ambulance) do not need to check-in and out using Zippline.

Stay tuned for further updates over the coming weeks.

Covid-19 Vaccination

We are getting very close to a 100% fully vaccinated staff. We currently only have 11 staff members out of our 167 staff who are yet to receive their second dose.

Once they have received their second dose, we will paying a one off $100 payment to all staff to recognise this wonderful achievement. We will be utilising grant monies provided by the Commonwealth and topping this up from our own funds so that all staff are rewarded.

A Covid-19 outbreak is now defined as either:

  • A Covid-19 positive resident who as onsite during their infectious period.
  • Two or more staff who are Covid-19 positive at the same time and at least one has exposed the facility during their infectious period.

The infectious period is generally considered to be 48 hours prior to symptom onset or test date if asymptomatic.
