Music @ HCC

Welcome back to another busy term.  Music lessons are once again in full swing and the improvement of musical talents that I have heard this week is fabulous.  Please continue to check your emails and Compass for lesson times as well as letting the music office by 8:15am know if your child cannot make a lesson due to illness. 

Junior Band Rehearsals – Friday Lunch Time 

It is exciting to see our Junior Band is resuming its lunchtime rehearsals this week. This group consists of Year 7 to 9 students and is working at preparing for the Winter Concert in Week 6 this term.  It is great to see this multi-level, cross-age group of students working together to create wonderful music.  

Winter Concert – Thursday 27 May 

Our Winter Concert this term is on Thursday 27 May from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. This will involve many of the ensemble groups and Concert Bands that rehearse regularly throughout the week.  More details to follow.
