Go Karting fun

On the 30th and the 31st of March some 5/6 students went to Hookey Park to race 

Go-Karts. It was an awesome event where we raced another school, Manchester Primary School. 

The organiser, George was great. He came to our school many times, helping us train, and getting us ready for the event. 

The way it worked was one student pushed the kart, whilst the other was sitting and steering. Then we would swap positions at halfway and make our way back to the start line. We did this together many times. 

We would like to thank George, the Go-Kart suppliers, and all the people who made this day possible for Bimbadeen Heights, and Manchester Primary. We also thank Manchester for coming, they were very good sports.
