Student Wellbeing

The Royal Commission into Family Violence identified the critical role that schools and early childhood education have in creating a culture of respect to change the story of family violence for future generations. Gender inequality was found to be a root cause of family violence.

At Bimbadeen we aim to promote an environment where students are treated equally and given the same rights, responsibilities and opportunities regardless of gender.

Through our School Wide Positive Behaviour Framework and the Respectful Relationships Program, we will strive to embed a culture of respect and equality across our entire community because everyone deserves to be respected, valued and treated equally.
