Yesterday was the Feast of St Patrick and we pray this week not only for our school community but the global community in times of unprecedented need.

College Emergency Response Plan in the event of School Closure

Attached is the Emergency Response Plan that the College has been working from for the past week or more.

The College is agile and ready in the possible event of school closure. There is a strong sense of working hard to be ready to continue working from home from staff and students. Our communication to the school community has been clear and on a daily basis. The staff and students have been working together to ensure we are transitioning to online learning.

St Pius X College Off-Campus Learning Plan

Attached is the current version of the College’s Off-Campus Learning Plan as at 18 March. The Program gives clear direction for students, parents and staff to follow and this is already largely in operation.

I ask parents and students to carefully read this information.

Our plan is agile and we can adapt this to suit circumstances as they emerge.

I must say that I am very grateful to the staff of the College for their tremendous work in preparation for this transition. The students have been excellent also in their readiness and preparation with their teachers.
