Take note

Key dates 2021

Keep an eye out for our key dates 2021 fridge magnet, which will be distributed to families of the College this week.

The magnet outlines the school term dates for next year, as well as student-free days and upcoming Tasmanian public holidays, so be sure to pop it on your fridge to help you stay organised throughout the year.

Head Start for Year 11 and 12

We are excited to introduce the St Mary's College Head Start program for all students entering Year 11 and 12 in 2021.

The program will run at the College from Tuesday 1 December to Friday 4 December, providing students with detailed information on course content and requirements to help them with their subject selection.

Pilgrimage goes virtual

The Way to St James Cygnet Pilgrimage is on again in 2021 - with a twist.

To be held over two days in January, the pilgrimage will be offered online with people from all over the world invited to join the event.

All members of the St Mary's College community are encouraged to participate in the event by walking up to 15km on Saturday 9 January, and again on Sunday 10 January.

Pilgrims are invited to share their walk by posting images and videos to the Way to St James Pilgrimage Cygnet Facebook page.

Live-streamed events from Tasmania's picturesque Huon Valley will support and motivate pilgrims during the duration of their walk - wherever in the world they may be located.

To register for the event, visit the Facebook page here. Check out the following YouTube video for more details: The Way to St James Cygnet Pilgrimage 2021
