Lockdown 6.0

Following the Government announcement we have entered Lockdown 6.0.  We understand this one will be especially difficult for students, staff and families.  

We have conducted a survey of students and staff to try and support students through this lockdown. We know this is difficult for students and families and it is not what we want either. 

Home Group plays a critical role for students to check in stay connected. Please encourage your student to turn on their cameras, as both students and staff have identified that seeing peoples faces is so important and helps keep everyone connected. 

NEW BELL TIMES - Lockdown 6.0  

9:00-9:20: Homegroup 

9:20-9:55: Period 1 

9:55-10:30: Period 2 

10:30-11:05: Period 3 

11:05-11:30: Recess 

11:30-12:05: Period 4 

12:05-12:40: Period 5 

12:40-1:15: Period 6 

From 1:40pm onwards (Flexible Learning) 

- Students will have time to finish off work 

- Teachers will be contactable 

- Students can book one-on-one or small group sessions with a teacher 

- Teachers may contact students and follow up with students.  

Google Meets will only be used for double periods and instructions will be left on Google classroom for single periods.  

There will be no formal classes on Wednesday - this will be a catch up day. 

Please help us keep students connected with their teachers and their peers. We are all in this together and we all want everyone back at school as soon as it is safe to do so.
