St John's Parish Survey - Child Safety

All parents and carers are invited to complete an online survey that the Professional Standards Unit in CAM has prepared to provide feedback on their experience on the Safegaurding of Children and Young People within the Parish.

Survey data will be used to improve safeguarding polices, practices, and procedures and will help shape any reviews and future support.

The survey should be completed by Friday 17 September 2021 and your response to the questionnaire will be anonymous. Thank you for your collaboration.
