From the Principal
We would like to acknowledge the original custodians of this land
and pay our respects to the Elders past and present and emerging,
for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Indigenous Australia.
Dear Families
We have come to the end of our first term for 2022 and everyone must be congratulated on the smooth and easy way that the weeks have quickly flown by. There are many things that we must celebrate and give thanks for in the light of the many opportunities that have been given to the students, staff and families. I hope the peace of Easter fills your homes and that you all have a restful few weeks away from school. Margaret Carlei

Harmony Day
Thank you to all the SRC representatives and staff for putting together such a wonderful day, full of fun for all. From lolly jar guessing games, to chocolate coin toss, lots of obstacle races, stress ball making, glitter in a jar and guess the teacher game. It was a jam packed day with something for everyone, but more importantly, we managed to raise an amazing amount of $468.35 for Caritas. Congratulations to everyone involved! See the "Harmony Day" page in this newsletter for photos and a recount from one of our Year 6 students.

Fence update
I am so pleased to announce that, at last, the fence on the Grange Road side of the school is going to be repaired next week. The building company will have traffic management in place. The entry gates adjoining the Parish House will be the entry / exit points during this time. We thank you all for your patience and understanding over the last few months.
Coin Line
On Thursday 7th April the school will be holding a Caritas Coin Line fundraiser. Collect all your coins and send them to school. The class with the longest line will win a prize.

Long sleeves are necessary in our colder days. Wearing a short sleeved polo with a long sleeve t-shirt underneath is not the uniform.
Sports uniform may be worn only on designated sports days. Don’t forget to name all clothing, especially if recently bought. We encourage families to contact the Second Hand Uniform Shop for Winter uniform options. Each item is sold at $2.00 each, except for tunics or dresses at $5.00 each.
