House Fun Run/Cross Country

On Thursday 7th April we have our House fun Run/Cross Country competition. Please see full information on Compass.

This is a fund raising event for Physical Education/Sport and sponsor sheets will be found on Compass or at the Office. Money raised from this event in previous years have included getting the Tobruk Hall floor sanded and sealed, the lines on the green court re done. This year I am hoping to replace some old sports uniforms.

Preps – 2’s will compete on the school oval and Levels 3 – 6 will compete down at the river. This event will take place in the morning, 9.00am – 11.00am.

In order for these events to be successful and safe I will need a number of parent helpers please. If you are able to help at either event please answer on Compass. Thank you.

Interschool Sport

Again we’ve had wins in our Interschool Sport competition. Our Open Rounders team remains undefeated, Bat Tennis were defeated for the first time this week and Girls Rounders won their first game. Girls Softball have been very close to their first win in their last two matches.

Next week we have a BYE.

Basketball Clinic

Hopefully our Basketball Clinics for levels Prep – 5 will go ahead this Tuesday after being postponed for the last three weeks.

District Tennis

Harry (Level 6) is our only student competing at the District Tennis this Friday at Serpell Tennis Courts.

Good luck Harry, we hope you have a good day!
