Senior school camp was a whole lot of fun. We had some really cool events going. The train ride was from Moorolbark station to Southern cross station in the city. When they got there, they got told what they can and can’t do. They walked to Ice skating and had their lunch. Everyone was so excited to do ice skating. We got all our stuff ready and went on the ice, everyone was scared. We got told how to skate then we got to skate around for a while by yourself. After ice skating we went back to our camp and found out our cabins, everyone was hyper. Most people got the people they wanted, the cabins were made great by Miss Donnelly. Everyone got some time to enjoy their cabins before dinner. Dinner was really good. After dinner we did a game and we had some really good hot chocolate. The next day we got up and had some breakfast then went off to MSAC, Old Melbourne Gaol and street art. They were all amusing.
“I loved the SRA tour guide for the jail.” - Jack.
The next day we did the same routine but different activities. (scavenger hunt). On the train home it was very crowded but they all got home safe.
Middle camp was a while ago BUT we are still going to talk about it. At middle camp there was high swing, trampoline, scavenger hunt, night walk, fire pit with marshmallows, archery and a parkour course. Jordan from Middle B said “I liked the high swing because I went to the very top!” They enjoyed their cabins because their friends were in them. The food was delicious, especially on the last night because there was gravy! The bus ride was really enjoyable on the way back.
The juniors are having a school sleepover soon and are all really excited about it! Poppy and Julia hope there is a movie and are really excited about it. Julia says she "is excited about not going to bed early!” She is also hoping she doesn’t fall asleep while the movie is on. Charlie, Poppy and Julia are all so excited for the sleepover! They can’t wait to go!
