At Windang Public School, our teachers are dedicated, lifelong learners - they have been working incredibly hard to become even better Mathematics educators.

We are very fortunate to be on a learning journey with Anita Chin - one of the leading experts in primary Mathematics education in Australia. Teachers have been highly engaged in extended Professional Learning sessions after school, working with Anita and each other to improve their classroom practice and supercharge students' understanding and achievement. Anita has also showcased incredible teaching strategies in classrooms for teachers to observe and learn from. 

We have also resourced every classroom in the school with excellent Mathematics equipment to engage all students - and even more resources are on the way! The teachers are proud of their Mathematics journey so far and look forward to sharing more with you throughout the year. Have a look at our wonderful students engaging in Mathematics lessons - totally worth all of the time and effort we are putting in to be the best educators we can be!
