Principal's Report

“When you build a beautiful building, people love it. And the most sustainable building in the world is the one that’s loved”. – Cameron Sinclair
Capital Works
And it starts! We are very excited that our new building works officially start tomorrow. Over the weekend the builders will be putting up the perimeter fencing so they can start work next week which also means no access to the top carpark for the next 18 months. Please make sure you have read the compass post re parking and safety.
It also means some changes to our play areas for the interim. Although our playground in Early Education will be demolished over the next little while we have managed to make sure that all our students still have a safe place to play throughout the building works. The builders are working very hard to make sure the site is as safe as possible and working closely with us at all times.
Throughout this time we need to ask for your patience and understanding as we move forward with this exciting new project. There will be bumps along the way but as long as we communicate with each other I am confident things will run smoothly.

Late drop offs and early pick ups
I would like to thank the parents and carers who have managed to get their children here for 9am in the morning and adhering to no pick-ups from 230pm onwards. We still have twenty or more late arrivals in the morning between 9.05am and 1030am and I would ask you to continue to have patience with our office staff and be prepared to wait until we can get your child to class. It is not always possible to be able to do this straight away.
