We are looking for our PLATINUM ($4000) sponsor and 2x GOLD($3000) sponsors.

Please note once you have paid you will have your business promoted on our newsletter and on our Facebook pages during the lead up to the fair, as well as promotional material that goes out to the wider community advertising our event.

How we are tracking?

After 3 Committee meetings and ongoing work in the background, we have made such great progress as a team! Whilst we still have more to go, we are excited to celebrate our wins to date, and we would also like to recognise those who are making it happen:

Food - His Boy Elroy food truck, Steve’s Pizza Food truck, High Tea, Cake Stall, Jam stall. Thank you to Tracy Radzyminski, Kylie Osborne & Di Lateo for organising these.
BBQ – Thank you to the Fathering Project who have volunteered to run this.
Rides - These are now booked. Thank you to Silvana Renwick and Rachel Zerner
Novelty Stalls - 8 stalls confirmed so far. Thank you to Jenny Mitrevski and Marnie Swinnerton.
Sponsorship - 1 sponsor confirmed, 1 pending, 1 silent auction donation, 1 donation for stalls. We are seeing momentum here and still lots of opportunity to progress this further. We would also love to hear from our parent community on any referrals for businesses/ individual donations that may be keen to support our spring fair. The teamhave commenced proactive activity also. General Volunteers

We would love to continue to grow our volunteer team as this offers parents an opportunity to beon rotation, enabling everyone time to join in on the fun with their kids on the day. Opportunities include helping with novelty and food stalls, BBQ service, logistics, set up & pack down on the day to name a few. Please email us if you are keen to join in.
