Dear Parents and Carers

Celebrating the Feast of St Joseph

Thank you to all the students and staff who participated in a Liturgy to acknowledge St Joseph’s Feast day on Monday. It was pleasing to see the reverence and enthusiasm with which all the students participated. A special Thank you to Mrs Smith and our RE Team for organising this.

God called Joseph, a humble carpenter, to care for and protect Mary and Jesus. With great faith and confidence, he accepted God’s call to be part of the Holy Family. With confidence, we call on St Joseph to pray for us, protect us, and lead us, the school community of St Joseph’s Bulli, to God.

God of tenderness and Love,
Let us look to St Joseph as our example of living by your Truth and the Light.
We make this prayer in the name Jesus your Son who shows us the way to you.
Amen.

Mufti Day Friday 24 March - TOMORROW

A reminder we have a mufti day on Friday 24 March 2023 for a donation of an Easter Egg as part of Easter raffle Hamper. Please ensure that the children wear suitable attire for our school environment, including closed in shoes and a hat for sun protection, no shoestring straps/midriff tops, shorts of appropriate length.

For all things at St Joseph’s, give thanks!

What are you grateful for this week?

How does my child receive a Principal's Award?

Class teachers nominate students for Blue Merit Awards and are presented at the weekly assembly.  When five Blue Merit Awards have been received, students send them to the school office to be recorded and are then eligible for a Principal’s Award. When students attain their 4th Principal Award, they are awarded a Principal’s Medallion at an assembly. End of Term awards can be included as part of the 5 awards.
