Grip Student Leadership Conference 2023

On Tuesday 28th March, a group of aspiring Year 6 students travelled by train into the city to attend the Grip Student Leadership Conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre. The convention centre was full with 217 schools across Melbourne participating in the engaging day. 

The interactive conference allowed the students to meet leaders from other schools, while playing fun games. They focussed on learning how to be an ‘others first’ leader, finding ideas that can impact the most people and learnt how to get everybody on board with a new idea. All of the leaders are excited to use these new skills and ideas to excel in their leadership roles at Langwarrin Primary and into the future.
