Baristas and Cadets

Barista Courses

During weeks 5 and 6 we had 20 students attend a four-day Café Skills course at CDU where students had the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills required to extract and serve espresso coffee using commercial machines. Students develop confidence with serving customers and making coffee to order. Feedback from the students was they enjoyed the practical nature of the course and were keen to continue practicing. Thank you to all the parents and staff who attended and allowed these budding young baristas to practice their coffee making skills.
