McKay House Jugglers

At the end of Term 3 students added a range of suggestions to our McKay suggestion box around what they wanted to see in our McKay Stadium activity sessions each Thursday.

Juggling had a lot of interest with more than 20 students adding this idea.

A few weeks ago we had James Tudor (PosEd teacher), Nick Boffa (College Vice-Captain) and Lilli Morgan (teacher extraordinaire) assist us with their expertise, by teaching groups of students how to juggle.

James focused on the positive effects that juggling has on our neural pathways and the benefits to brain chemistry and attention and focus.

Most of our students had a great time and many were quite good after the short introduction.

This is definitely something that we can continue to build on in the future in our McKay House.
