It's not every day that one of our school staff members is featured in the Warrandyte Diary, but then again it's not every day that someone is announced as a finalist for Teacher of the Year at the Netball Victoria Awards.

Congratulations Meredith Thornton, we're so proud of you and we're delighted that your contributions to netball, sport and teaching have been recognised so publicly.

Meredith embodies the community spirit of both Warrandyte and ACPS. I thought I knew her well, but it wasn't until I read the interview that I realised just how much she has contributed to the local community.
